PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN SUPERGARD MOTOR OIL is a super premium heavy duty diesel engine oil designed to meet the warranty
requirements of most manufacturers of diesel engines equipped with EGR valves and was specifically developed for
diesel engines operating on high sulfur fuels. The high alkaline reserve (TBN) effectively protects bearings and other
engine surfaces from the corrosive effect of acids formed by the combustion of high sulfur fuels. Recommended for
extended drain service when suggested by original equipment manufacturer. This motor oil is a blend of highly
refined base oils and specially selected additives designed to provide excellent performance in all recommended
applications. Contains effective detergent-dispersant to keep sludge and varnish deposits to a minimum.
Additionally fortified with oxidation-corrosion inhibitors, high temperature anti-wear additives and foam inhibitors, to
protect vital engine parts from scuffing and protect bearings from corrosion.-
TYPICAL USES:
JICHUAN SUPERGARD MOTOR OIL SAE 15W-40 exceeds
the Service Classifications CI-4/SL, SAE grades 30 & 40
exceed CF/CF-2/SL. These products are recommended for
diesel engines using high sulfur fuels.
Also recommended for use as "long drain" motor oil.
Especially cost effective when used in conjunction with an
effective used oil analysis program.
Exceeds requirements of Caterpillar Series 3 and
recommended when sulfur content of fuel is unknown or
exceeds 0.50%.
Exceeds Mack T8E & T10 specification. Mack's preferred
recommendation is SAE Grade 15W-40.
Meets Mack EO-N Premium Plus, EO-M, EO-M Plus, EO-L
Plus and EO-L requirements.
Meets and exceeds service requirements for Cummins
engines (Cummins NTC 400).
Recommended for all turbo-charged engines where
manufacturer specified a CI-4, CH-4, CG-4, CF, S-3 or
Mil-L-2104D or Mil-L-2104E level oil.
Not recommended for use in EMD engines requiring
zinc-free lubricating oils.
Meets Volvo VDS requirements (VDS-2, VDS-3)
Can be used in gasoline engines; however, lower ash
SG quality motor oils are the preferred recommendation.
SAE Grades 30 and 15W-40 meet the requirements of
Allison C-4 torque fluid and Caterpillar TO-2.
SAE Grade 15W-40 meets Cummins 20076 and 20077
requirements. SAE15W-40 meets MB228.3.
ACEA E2 (15W-40 only), B3 and A2, DHD-1 requirements.

Effective anti-scuff additive protects cam lobes and
other highly loaded parts from wear.
14 TBN exceeds Caterpillar's 10 TBN minimum for
service when sulfur content of diesel fuel is unknown.
Designed to meet 2002 emission standards and beyond.
